User Management is a tool on the ironSource dashboard that supports easy team collaboration for your ironSource account! Define user profiles and corresponding privileges for your corporate ironSource account; user management ensures easy access for people in your company to view pages and perform actions on the ironSource platform.
Step 1. Navigate to the User Management Module
Administrators on the ironSource platform can invite users to their corporate account.
To do this, log in to your ironSource account and go to your profile dropdown on the top right of the screen. Select ‘User Management‘.
Step 2. Set Up New User Profiles
On the top right corner, select ‘New User‘:
Enter the name, email/user name and password for the user you want to provide access to the ironSource dashboard.
Then, define their role based on the level of access you’d like to provide them.
There are four different user profiles you can assign:
- Administrator: Can perform all actions and view all settings on the ironSource platform as well as assign user profiles and define user privileges. There must be at least one active administrator user for an account at all times
- Contributor: Can perform all actions and view all activity on the ironSource platform, unless defined otherwise by the administrator. This user cannot assign or manage user privileges
- Reader: Can view all pages but cannot perform any actions. This user cannot assign or manage user privileges
- Tester: A tester cannot view Reports & Finance data. This user can read only Setup section while able to setup test devices
Define the set of privileges for each profile and grant users permissions to edit and view platform activity as you see fit- for Contributor, Reader and Tester users, you can customize the exact apps they can access:
Then click ‘Save‘. You will then see the user with a summary of its set of privileges on the main User Management page. If the account is no longer in use, you can archive it to disable log in and reactivate it in the future.
In addition, on the Application Management page, you will now see a column of Restricted Users, which will show you what app has restricted users assigned to it if you click on it:
Done! You’ve successfully set up User Profiles on the ironSource platform.
