Troubleshooting: I don’t see ads in my app

If you don’t see any ads in your app, it could be because there are no available ads in your region. It could also imply a technical or a setup issue.

To troubleshoot the problem, use test ads. 

If your app is live with the ironSource SDK, you can use test devices to get ironSource test inventory.

If your app has not been released to the App Store or Google Play with the ironSource SDK, activate test mode  to ensure that you always have ironSource test inventory available.

Note: ironSource network testing will enable you to receive test ads only from the ironSource network.

 

If you do see test ads, it means that you have integrated the SDK correctly, there is no technical issue on your side, and the network configuration is simply not delivering ads in your geo. 

If you don’t see any test ads, check the following:

  1. Your device is connected to the internet
  2. You are initiating the ironSource SDK with the correct app key from your account
  3. Your app initializes ironSource 
  4. All relevant networks are verified. Run the ironSource Integration Helper for your app on Unity, iOS, Android, and Adobe.
  5. You are waiting for the “ad available” event before calling the “show” method
