How to add an app to your account
To start monetizing and promoting your app with ironSource, you’ll need to add your app to your account.
Developers with live apps in an app store should provide the app URL. If your app isn’t live yet, you can use a temporary name and add the URL once the app is live in the app store.
Follow these steps to add your app:
Step 1. Navigate to the Dashboard
First, log in to your ironSource dashboard. Then navigate to the ‘Dashboard’ on the left sidebar. There you will see a ‘New App‘ button:
Step 2. Enter your App Details
Select App type
- Live App:
Choose the ‘Live App’ type if your app is live in the App Store or Google Play, enter your app’s URL as it appears in the App Store or Google Play and click Import App Info
By default the app name field will automatically populate with the app name from the store
- Web App:
If your app is a web app, choose this option and add your app’s name and URL
- App Not Live in the Application Store
If your app isn’t live in any app store, simply enter a temporary app name and choose the platform
Setup Configurations
- New Setup

For each of the app’s types, you’ll need to click the relevant COPPA compliance checkbox if your app targets a children’s audience as defined by the COPPA/GDPR requirements. You are requested to indicate if your app is partially directed to children (a “mixed audience” app) and you’re using the client-side API that allows to “flag” specific end-users as children, or the app is primarily directed to children.

- Duplicate setup from another application:
This option lets you duplicate another app’s configuration from within your ironSource account. Simply choose the app you want to copy and click Add App
You’ll be redirected to the SDK Networks page where you’ll be able to customize the rest of your app’s configurations
Main configurations that will be duplicated:- ironSource instances
- SDK networks instances
- Placements
- Segments
- Waterfall setup per ad unit and mediation group
Note: SDK Networks instances are duplicated without their instance ID and should be updated after creation.S2S callbacks will not be duplicated and should be configured again.
Your app will now appear on the Applications Management page in the Apps tab. This page provides an overview of all your apps, their platform, monetization ad units and restricted users:
