User Management

User Management is a tool on the ironSource dashboard that supports easy team collaboration for your ironSource account! Define user profiles and corresponding privileges for your corporate ironSource account; user management ensures easy access for people in your company to view pages and perform actions on the ironSource platform.

Step 1. Navigate to the User Management Module

Administrators on the ironSource platform can invite users to their corporate account.

To do this, log in to your ironSource account and go to your profile dropdown on the top right of the screen. Select ‘User Management‘.

Note: Only users defined as administrators can define new user profiles and assign privileges but an account can have several administrators. There must be one active administrator for an account at all times.

Then, define their role based on the level of access you’d like to provide them.

There are three different user profiles you can assign:

Administrator This user has full access to the ironSource platform and can perform all actions, view all activity, assign user profiles and define user privileges.
Contributor This user has limited access to the ironSource platform and can perform all actions and view all activity unless defined otherwise by the administrator.   This user cannot assign or manage user profiles.
Reader This user has view-only access to the ironSource platform.

Define the set of privileges for each profile and grant users permissions to edit and view platform activity  as you see fit- for Contributor and Reader users, you can customize the exact apps they can access:

Then click ‘Save‘. You will then see the user with a summary of its set of privileges on the main User Management page. If the account is no longer in use, you can archive it to disable log in and reactivate it in the future.
