  • How are you different from AWS Firehose?

Atom Data Flow Management not only streams your data to your data warehouse, but enriches it as well. Your data is always in your control and is free to develop in any way, as Atom is infinitely scalable. We also offer an array of features that make Redshift tools more accessible. Further, Atom is multi-regional which allows for near real-time data transfers.

  • How long does it take for the data to appear in my data warehouse?

The data appears in your data warehouse at near real-time.

  • I am currently using another service, how can I migrate to your service?

In order to send and manage your data with Atom Data Flow Management, all you need to do is sign up and start sending data into your pipeline. If you would like to migrate your data warehouse into Redshift, let our team know and we will recommend how best to proceed.

Data Privacy, Security and Integrity

  • Does ironSource look into my data?

No, we solely transfer the data. We value your privacy and take all necessary measures to provide multiple layers of security so you can rest assured your data remains your own.

  • What data is stored on ironSource’s premises?
    None.
  • Can I send my data encrypted?
Yes, you can. However, please note that if you send your data with end-to-end encryption, you will not be able to take advantage of most of our enrichment features.
  • Does Atom Data Flow Management backup my data?
We backup and secure the data three times. The first time is in raw format in your S3 bucket. The second, is after transformation, in your S3 bucket. And finally, the data is backed up and secured in your data warehouse.
  • How do you secure the connection and endpoints from being hacked?
Our data flow is protected by SSL and we provide a pre-shared auth key for clients that are interested in sending the events from servers.
